The seller kindly made this gambeson to my measurements at no extra cost.
The open midriff looks much more pronounced in the seller’s photo than it actually is on me. The bottom piece is worn low on the mannequins hips. I wore the bottom piece up at my natural waist and the top piece was nearly long enough to touch it. This is a great bonus in my book, but if you do want a wide open midriff you may want to size and wear it differently.
