Our Gothic torso armor is an historically accurate design of a 15th Century Cuirass. The armor Cuirass provides chest and back protection and is made up of several armored plates including the breastplate, backplate, placard (belly armor), articulated faulds (waist armor) and tassets (thigh armor). This medieval cuirass can easily become a Half Armor with the addition of arm armor.

Made from polished 18ga mild carbon steel with rolled edges and thick leather straps. The armor is fully wearable and will adjust to fit a person up to 6’2″ and 220 lbs. Chest size extends up to around 48 inches. This armor is great for re-enactments, LARP, and will make an impressive addition to your medieval armor collection.
